Queue management: Size and wait time of a queue
Capabilities of a queue
- Queue size
- Wait time
Go to Wallboard app > Queue management > Settings > Action events


- Enable Maximum Queue Size
- default value =-1; meaning a large number of callers (unlimited) can be in the queue. Max value can be set in the range 0 < x < 999
- Select an action when the queue size is reached: Hang up
- Choose either play a message or play an mp3 file
- Save

- Enable Maximum Wait Time
- Default value =-1; meaning caller is going to wait forever until their call is hung up or picked up. Max value can be in the range 0< x <999999
- Select an action when the queue size is reached: Hang up
- Choose either play a message or play an mp3 file
- Save
