Capabilities of a queue

  • Queue size
  • Wait time

Go to Wallboard app > Queue management > Settings > Action events

  1. Enable Maximum Queue Size
  • default value =-1; meaning a large number of callers (unlimited) can be in the queue. Max value can be set in the range 0 < x < 999
  • Select an action when the queue size is reached: Hang up
  • Choose either play a message or play an mp3 file
  • Save
  1. Enable Maximum Wait Time
  • Default value =-1; meaning caller is going to wait forever until their call is hung up or picked up. Max value can be in the range 0< x <999999
  • Select an action when the queue size is reached: Hang up
  • Choose either play a message or play an mp3 file
  • Save
