Renew Subscriptions

  • If your account has sufficient credits, our system will auto-renew your subscriptions 7 days before the expiry date, and then send you a tax invoice.
  • If your account has insufficient credits, our system will charge your stored credit card to renew the subscriptions regardless of whether you enable or disable auto top-up. 
  • If your account does not store a valid credit card, the subscriptions fail to renew. And you will receive an auto-generated email notification. If you want to renew your subscription, follow the instruction in the email.
Within 28 days after the subscriptions expire, you can contact us to re-activate the subscriptions and all your data and numbers will be reinstated. Otherwise, the subscriptions will be auto terminated and cannot be restored anymore.
