2. Enter campaign name > Integrate with FB or GA > Enter email to receive notification

3. Enable Call Tagging > Set up IVR Call Tagging

Add Tracker

To add tracker, follow the steps below:

Go to the campaign you just created > Add Tracker > Choose tracker type > Enter Tracker Name and Target placeholder > Select Tracking sources > Select tracking numbers > Add call whispering (optional) > Create tracker.

(Screenshots below - click image to view in full size).

1. Add Tracker > Choose tracker type

    2. Enter Tracker Name and Target placeholder

Tracker name: any name you want
Target placeholder: the permanent number on your website. This number will be replaced with the tracking numbers bought from us.

    3. Select Tracking sources

    4. Select tracking subscriptions

Pool size is the number of tracking DID. The pool size depends on the type of information you want to track and on the number of tracked number you bought.

If you want to track your web visitor info (country, key word used, source, IP address...), then estimate the maximum number of visitors on your website at peak hour. The number of tracking DID number you buy should match the number of visitor you estimate.
If you want to compare or calculate the number of calls generated from different marketing sources (Google, Facebook, TV ad), then the number of tracking DID number you buy just need to match the number of marketing source you want to evaluate.

    5. Add call whispering > Create tracker

Call Whispering allows you to hear a message before a call starts. It is very useful for you to know what tracker or source a call comes from.
