Set Up Call Tracking Campaign
To set up a Call Tracking campaign, you need to create campaign, and then add Tracker. Each campaign has 1 tracking code. One campaign can have multiple trackers.
Create Campaign
To create campaign, follow the steps below:
Go to Campaigns > Create new campaign > Enter campaign name > Integrate with FB, GA > Enter email to receive notification > Enable Call Tagging > Set up IVR Call Tagging > Create.

Add Tracker
To add tracker, follow the steps below:
Go to the campaign you just created > Add Tracker > Choose tracker type > Enter Tracker Name and Target placeholder > Select Tracking sources > Select tracking numbers > Add call whispering (optional) > Create tracker.

Pool size is the number of tracking DID. The pool size depends on the type of information you want to track and on the number of tracked number you bought.
5. Add call whispering > Create tracker
Call Whispering allows you to hear a message before a call starts. It is very useful for you to know what tracker or source a call comes from.
