Set Up Call Forwarding

To set up call forwarding, follow the steps below:

Go to Direct Line subscription >  Settings > Forwarding Rules > Click the plus icon > Add a label and your real number to receive incoming calls > Enable the Direct Line number as caller ID* > Set active time > Apply. (Screenshots below - Open image to view in full size).

You can set the number to be active all time or inactive or active in preset office hours. 

Enabling the Direct Line number as caller ID will help you recognize business calls before picking up. If you do not tick Display the Direct Line number for incoming caller ID, actual caller numbers will be shown as caller ID.
To add more numbers to receive calls, follow the exact steps above. You can add maximum 6 numbers to receive calls of a Direct Line, any of them pick up the call first will get the call and the rest will stop ringing.
