What is Report App?
The Report App allows users to generate enhanced reports with detailed information about the Call Center operations.
- Check Members to see if you are allowed access to Report App. By default, Owners and Admins have access.
- Then Report App appears on the portal.
- Only 2 roles Owner and Admin are allowed to access.
- Each report has a different layout and content, depending on what information is required.
- Custom Reports or Reports API are feasible, It is chargeable depending on the specifics of the request itself. Please contact support team for any inquiries.
