What is Report App?

The Report App allows users to generate enhanced reports with detailed information about the Call Center operations.

  1. Check Members to see if you are allowed access to Report App. By default, Owners and Admins have access.
  2. Then Report App appears on the portal.
  3. Only 2 roles Owner and Admin are allowed to access.
  4. Each report has a different layout and content, depending on what information is required.
  5. Custom Reports or Reports API are feasible, It is chargeable depending on the specifics of the request itself. Please contact support team for any inquiries.
