Check call logs

To check the history calls, follow the steps as below:

  1. Go to Flow app > go to Active flows > navigate to the flow needed to check call history > click View Logs icon

  1. Filter the calls
  • By Time Range: From....To...
  • By version:
    • All versions
    • Current version
    • Old versions
  • By status:
    • Done
    • Running: ongoing calls

  1. Click a specific call to view detailed call journey
