Error Handling

There may be instances wherein you encounter error messages when using the app. Here are some error messages and what they mean.
  • This error message means you have either:
    • Entered and invalid account credential (e.g. Sign-in ID, Password)
    • You do not have an existing account
  • This error message may appear if there is something wrong with your account
  • Authentication failed
  • Account is inactive or suspended
  • This error will appear if you don't have any active BizPhone extension subscription
