Error Handling
There may be instances wherein you encounter error messages when using the app. Here are some error messages and what they mean.
- This error message means you have either:
- Entered and invalid account credential (e.g. Sign-in ID, Password)
- You do not have an existing account
- This error message may appear if there is something wrong with your account

- Authentication failed
- Account is inactive or suspended

- This error will appear if you don't have any active BizPhone extension subscription
