Configure Connector Action: Wallboard

Wallboard connector provides Enqueue to Campaign action.

This action is to put a phone number to the end of an Outbound Call Campaign in Wallboard application..

    • Campaign UUID
    • Phone Number

In order to put a phone number automatically to an outbound call campaign, follow the steps below:

  1. Touch Enqueue to Campaign > click (+) icon at a position you want to add


  1. Configure input parameters > Add
    1. Campaign UUID:
      Go to Wallboard application > Number Lists > Touch campaign's UUID to copy > Paste it to this item
    2. Phone Number:
      Click dashes icon > choose the proper data to put to Wallboard Outbound Campaign
      (Suggestion: Trigger Event > Caller Phone Number)
