If You Don't Receive Any Billing Email

If you don't receive any billing email, please check whether you have added or verified billing email. Follow the steps below.

VERSION 1

Go to Home page > Settings > Billing email. 

  1. Click Settings at Home page

  1. Click Billing Email

Add and verify your email if it is not in the list. If it is on the list, please contact us.

VERSION 2

Click on the Human icon > Go to Manage Organization > Address > Edit info > Update. (Screenshots below - click image to view in full size).

  1. Click on the Human icon > Go to Manage Organization

  1. Address > check Billing Email

Add and verify your email if it is not in the list. If it is on the list, please contact us.
