Manage Call recording records (History)

Go to Call Recording App in the left sidebar > History tab. There are some restricted the available actions in each Role:

  • Admin/Owner: View, Play, Download, Delete, Update Note, Export CSV
  • Member: View, Play, Download
Please ensure that the member accounts have been assigned to Call Recording subscription for the accessibility. Click HERE for details
