Types and roles of Bizphone extension

  1. 2 types
    1. Normal: make and receive calls with bizphone app
    2. Call center:
  • Make and receive calls with bizphone app
  • Can be added to Wallboard queue
  • When you make an extension Call center, you need to assign to it a role, either Agent or Supervisor.

The role in Bizphone syncs with that in Wallboard, meaning a supervisor/agent in bizphone is a supervisor/agent in Wallboard, respectively.

  1. Configure type of bizphone
  • Go to Bizphone > Extensions > Users > Select an extension > User > Settings > Select type and Role
