Types and roles of Bizphone extension

- Normal: make and receive calls with bizphone app
- Call center:
- Make and receive calls with bizphone app
- Can be added to Wallboard queue
- When you make an extension Call center, you need to assign to it a role, either Agent or Supervisor.

The role in Bizphone syncs with that in Wallboard, meaning a supervisor/agent in bizphone is a supervisor/agent in Wallboard, respectively.

- Configure type of bizphone
- Go to Bizphone > Extensions > Users > Select an extension > User > Settings > Select type and Role
