Add Call Recorded Postback API

If you want to receive more call info (AgentNumber, Status, StartTime, Duration, Extension, etc.), you need to build a web service that exposes an HTTP POST API to receive the info from our system. Then you need to add a postback API url to the Call Recording Compliance so that we can send the info to your web service. 

Refer to the diagram below for details.

To add call record postback API to Call Recording, follow the steps below:

Click Edit plan > Settings > Call > Add Call recorded postback API > Update. (Screenshots below - click image to view in full size).

2. Go to Settings

3.  Call > Add Call recorded postback API  > Update.
